I have finally arrived in the UK after many hours of traveling and many energies wasted carrying my heavy luggage. From the Heathrow Airport, I took the Tube (hehe aka subway) to my Gloucester Road, the stop nearest to my dorm. It was a long ride but the scenery was beautiful.
As I was struggling to get off the tube at Gloucester, this elderly Chinese woman voluntarily and quietly helped me with my suitcase. Then, there were two sets of staircases which that I had to climb up with my stuff when two British men helped me carry it up the stairs.
(The tube is so cute!)

Today's thoughts:
- I feel like I've traveled so far to some foreign country... except they speak english. But it's not even the same type of english so it feels like a completely different language.... but I understand it.
- The way they write their dates will forever confuse me. I must remember it is date first and then month and then year. . . oh, and time too.
- It is so strange to see kids sitting in the American drivers' seats.. not only because I keep forgetting that that's actually the passengers' seats, but also because kids sit in the front (?) while in Murrica, you rarely see kids sitting in the passengers' seats.
- People drive on the left side of the road!!! Must look right before crossing.
- Spiritual dryness
- Weather isn't too bad - especially after experiencing Boston Winter. It can be cold but not painful.
