Day 20

January 31, 2014

Happy Korean New Years to my Korean fellas~

I woke up this morning debating whether or not I should go on a search for a korean restaurant to eat some ddukgook or just any korean food, but I decided I was too lazy and, instead, stayed in my room.

I don't know how many of you know this about me but I'm not only an introvert... I'm a homebody. Meaning I love to stay home. So that's what I did today. I love a nice, relaxing, unproductive (eh) day. Except when I went outside to get groceries. It was my second time getting groceries this week. Why does everything run out so quickly?! It was so easy last semester because all I needed was rice, which I had a huge amount of. I ate rice everyday with other korean side dishes that my mom had brought me. It was all so so easy. But now, my daily thoughts consist of: what will I eat for lunch? what will I eat for dinner?

And trust me, as much as I love food, I am so tired of complaining/thinking about food. But I didn't realize that this is a main concern for many people around the world. Many of them don't even have the luxury I have to be able to buy food from the grocery store and cook them.

As "hard" as this is, I guess I'm growing from it. I'm learning a lot. And I'm humbled.

Anyways, I'm watching Sherlock Season 2 now. This show is awesome! Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman are both perfect for the roles. I suggest you guys to watch it too :)

Unfortunately, after this episode, I must read for my history class. And that will be all for tonight.

xx
