Day 21

February 1, 2014

YAY!!!! I'm so happy that January is finally over and that February is here. Reasons why:

• January felt like such a long month. New Years feels like a year ago
• Officially 3 months left until I go back to Murrica!
• (Hopefully) 1 more month of the cold cold weather left
• Only two more weeks of classes until finals.. and then SPRING BREAK :)
• New month = clean slate = fresh start = yee

Today was definitely the coldest day here so far. I went to Stonehenge where it was windier than BOSTON (ridic, huh). Oh, and I barely survived a 15 minute rain & hail storm.....

Aside from that, the sun was out and Stonehenge was amazing.

It's crazy how these stones were placed in such a way. Not only that, but how did they even get there?!

It's a wonder.... 

Winchester Cathedral. Such intricate & beautiful detail.... how?! 

Thoughts:

• European chocolate will always beat American Chocolate. Cadbury... and now Kinder (German chocolate) - tried it for the first time today and I was instantly hooked
• I just ate a footlong baguette today and it was indeed the best baguette I've ever had. Sorry Panera, you've got nothing on English baguette
• I love british humor (minus the sexual ones)
• English coffee is so strong that even lattes make me jittery 
• Latest favorite song & currently on repeat: Closer by Hyorin (so good)
• I need/want more alone time. Time to start exploring new cafés with my moleskin.
