Today marks the end of my first week in London. Cheers
And today was the day I missed and craved Korean food the most...
Seyoung & I went to HTB (Holy Trinity Brompton) Onslow Square Church for the 11:30am service. It's the church that Tim Hughes leads worship in but, unfortunately, he's in the US right now so I couldn't meet him. But hopefully he'll be there next week. There was a cafe inside the church which sold breakfast and tea/coffee for a very low cost for church members and visitors to chill before service started. I really liked the worship too, and it felt like a bit of home while singing songs I knew like Forever Reign and Cornerstone. The sermon was virtual, though, which threw me off. The speaker was a british artist who, basically, gave his testimony. So the "message" was really short. Not sure if I liked that... But I'm thinking about checking out the college students service next week at 4:30pm and also tuesday connect groups for students.
After church, I came back to my room and have been here the entire day - it was our lazy day after being so adventurous and outside everyday for this past week.
I think I'm getting sick.
But on a more exciting note, my friends and I booked plane tickets to Prague, Amsterdam and Copenhagen. YAY!!!!!
Good night,
xx
